THE NEW GENERATION OF REALDOLLS

The first RealDolls capable of moving on their own are already starting to appear on the market, a sort of first generation of sexual automatons that, if the industry's gamble pays off, will eventually give way to far more sophisticated dolls and, who knows, fill homes around half the world with joy, happiness and surprisingly stable relationships.

For now, though, let's not get too excited. Their movements still look a lot like the robot dance at an '80s nightclub. Yes, they move, but with the kind of stiffness that makes it pretty obvious there are motors, mechanical joints and a computer underneath the skin desperately trying to coordinate everything without making the whole thing look like an excavator starting up in the morning.

But these are just the early days.





After all, fitting a RealDoll's skeleton with motorized joints, sensors and a central unit capable of interpreting voice commands and turning them into movements can't exactly be easy. And the really interesting part isn't so much what they can do now, but imagining what they'll be capable of five or ten years from now.

To put things into perspective, remember those AI-generated videos from just a few years ago showing Will Smith trying to eat spaghetti while his face melted, fingers appeared and disappeared, and the spaghetti seemed to be trying to eat him instead. We laughed because the whole thing looked ridiculous.

And look where we are now.

Something similar will probably happen with robotics. What looks clumsy, mechanical and even comical today could seem completely normal in just a few years. Smaller motors, smoother movements, better sensors, voice recognition, conversational AI, memory, personality... Every piece of that puzzle already exists separately. The real leap will come when someone manages to put them all together inside the same body and make the whole thing work reasonably well.

For decades, we've been told that robots would eventually make their way into our homes to help us with household chores: cleaning, cooking, tidying up, fetching things...

What I never imagined, not even in my wildest wet dreams, was that when they talked about robots helping around the house, they also meant lending a hand with our fantasies and vices.

Anyway. The future is already here.
It just still moves a little like RoboCop after six shots.

STANIS BRIU'S NUDES. PART 1

Stanis_Briu, also known as Bronislav_ph, is a Ukrainian photographer specializing in portrait, glamour and artistic nude photography.

Throughout his career, he has worked with models, content creators and artists from different countries, developing a style that blends editorial photography, sensuality and an intimate, cinematic aesthetic.

Because photographing a naked woman is relatively easy. The difficult part is creating a photograph that has personality, conveys something and doesn't simply show a beautiful body.

And that's precisely one of the ideas that defines Stanis_Briu's work: beauty catches your attention, but it's the person in front of the camera who ultimately gives the photograph its identity.

We've got quite a lot of his material saved, so rather than throwing it all at you at once, we're going to split this little selection into two parts.

AMATEUR FLESH: GLITCHY BRAT

Some people dream of starting their own business, traveling the world, writing a book, or buying a house by the sea. Glitchy_Brat has slightly different ambitions.

On her Reddit profile, she introduces herself with a line that pretty much sums up her intentions: “Just a girl, following her dreams of being a thot”.

For anyone not completely fluent in internet slang, “thot” originally came from the acronym “That Hoe Over There.”

Not exactly the most flattering term at first, but that's the internet for you. Over time, the word took on a life of its own, becoming a label for sexually provocative women or girls who enjoy showing off online, and plenty of women eventually embraced it and started using it about themselves in a playful, ironic way.

So when Glitchy_Brat says she's “following her dreams of being a thot”, she's basically telling us that she's just a girl chasing her dream of becoming an internet thot.

And you have to give her credit for one thing: she doesn't seem like the kind of person who sits around waiting for her dreams to come true on their own.

Glitchy Brat only opened her Reddit account a few months ago, and since then she's been doing her part to achieve such a noble goal.

And as we always do whenever we find someone out there chasing their dreams, we figured the least we could do was contribute our own little bit to the cause.

WHITEPLACE_1. PART 2

Yesterday we began exploring the work of Whiteplace_1 (白寺), a mysterious independent Chinese photographer who uses the body, fetishism and BDSM aesthetics as tools to construct his distinctive visual fantasies.

In his photographs, the model rarely appears as someone simply posing naked in front of the camera. Every gesture, pose and accessory seems to form part of a carefully staged performance. The body becomes character, setting and language all at once.

The tension of the ropes, the anonymity of a mask and the apparent discomfort of certain positions aren't there merely to provoke. They also create contrast, introduce an element of mystery and encourage the viewer to imagine what might be happening both inside and beyond the frame.

It is precisely this interplay between beauty, vulnerability and domination that gives his work its identity. His photography can feel sensual, unsettling or hypnotic, depending on how long you decide to keep looking.

THE APPEAL OF FRECKLES

There are features that people traditionally tried to hide but that, over time, have ended up becoming precisely what makes a face attractive. Freckles are probably one of the best examples.

For years, the beauty industry got us used to faces with completely uniform skin: the same tone, the same texture, not a blemish, not a mark, practically no sign that there was an actual human being underneath all that makeup. And the funny thing is that when freckles appear scattered across the nose and cheeks, the exact opposite of what you might expect happens: instead of seeing them as an imperfection, a lot of people feel they actually make a face more attractive.





Maybe it's precisely because they break up that uniformity. Freckles add little points of contrast, make your eyes wander across the face, and can especially highlight the eyes, cheekbones, or nose. They're a kind of natural pattern that can make a face more recognizable and give it more personality.

There's also that sense of naturalness. Freckles remind us that real skin isn't a perfectly smooth surface created by a computer. It has pigmentation, pores, subtle differences in tone, and characteristics of its own. And very often, those little irregularities are exactly what make two equally beautiful faces feel completely different in terms of how interesting we find them.

In fact, in recent years we've reached the curious point where some people draw freckles on with makeup or turn to semi-permanent treatments to get something that others spent a good part of their lives trying to hide. The supposed imperfection has become a desirable feature.

And then there's the part that's impossible to measure. Attraction doesn't work according to some mathematical chart where a pair of lips adds two points, a nose subtracts one, and twenty freckles add another three. Some features simply trigger something in the person looking at them.

That's what happens to me with freckles. Especially when they're concentrated around the nose and beneath the eyes. I'm not entirely sure why, but far from making a face look messy or taking away from its beauty, I think they give it character, naturalness, and an especially attractive touch.

In the end, maybe part of beauty lies precisely there: in those little characteristics that stop a perfect face from also becoming a completely forgettable one.

Because sometimes an imperfection doesn't take anything away. It's exactly what was needed to add something more.

PINK, FUCHSIA OR MAGENTA VOL3

In nature, intense colors often serve as a warning. Red, yellow, or black can indicate that something is poisonous, dangerous, or best admired from a safe distance. It's nature's way of telling you “don't touch” without having to put up a sign.

Something similar happens with pink, fuchsia, and magenta, although the message changes slightly. They're not telling you to stay away—quite the opposite. These colors are made to grab your attention, stand out from everything around them, and make sure your eyes end up exactly where they're supposed to.

And when they come in the form of bras, thongs, garter belts, or tiny lingerie sets, the effect multiplies. At that point, it doesn't matter whether the exact shade is electric pink, intense fuchsia, or magenta with hints of God knows what. What matters is that it works—and it works like a fucking charm.
