Some costumes show up one year, become trendy, and then vanish without a trace. And then there are the ones that always come back. It doesn’t matter if it’s Halloween, Carnival, bachelorette parties or themed events: the sexy nurse is always there, like time never touches it. And that’s not a coincidence.

The nurse figure holds something very specific in the collective imagination. It doesn’t just represent a profession; it represents a very particular moment in life: when you’re vulnerable, when you rely on someone else, when your body is in another person’s hands. That mix of physical closeness, care and soft authority creates a very powerful symbolic setting.

In real life, a nurse conveys safety, attention and calm. But in fantasy, that same figure shifts. The uniform stops being practical and becomes suggestive. The act of caring turns into the act of controlling the situation. And that transition between the everyday and the erotic is exactly what makes it work so well as a costume.
There’s also a very clear visual factor. It’s one of the easiest characters to recognize instantly. No explanation needed: white dress, red cross, stockings, done. It works even from a distance, even in a quick photo. In a world where everything is processed in seconds, that’s pure gold.

Then there’s the cultural weight. For decades, cinema, television, advertising and porn have repeated this image until it became an icon. Nobody needs it explained because we’ve all seen it countless times. It’s part of the shared catalogue of collective fantasies, just like the schoolgirl, the secretary or the cop.
But maybe the most interesting part is that this costume works because it plays with something deeply human: the idea of being taken care of… but also the idea that someone might have a certain control over you. It’s a fantasy that’s soft, recognizable and accessible. It doesn’t need a big story behind it. It explains itself.
And that’s why it keeps coming back year after year. Because it’s not just a costume. It’s a symbol.

Chances are you’ve crossed paths with one at some point and the image stuck with you. Black clothes, bold makeup, tall boots, maybe a corset or some lace… an aesthetic that mixes elegance, mystery, and a dark edge that naturally draws attention. I’m talking about goth girls.

The goth style was born in the late 1970s and early 1980s, closely tied to post-punk and darkwave music. Bands like The Cure, Bauhaus, and Siouxsie and the Banshees helped shape a cultural scene that wasn’t just about music, but also about the way people dressed, expressed themselves, and understood aesthetics.
Over time, that style evolved into a full subculture. That’s where many of the traits we associate with a goth girl today come from: the dominance of black clothing, pale makeup with heavily defined eyes, outfits inspired by Victorian, romantic, or dark aesthetics, along with boots, chokers, lace, and corsets.

The goth world is also closely connected to a certain artistic sensibility: a taste for the mysterious, the melancholic, horror literature, dark photography, and gloomy atmospheres.
That’s why, for many people, it’s more than just a fashion trend. It’s a form of aesthetic expression — a way of playing with image, contrast, and that dark aura which, far from feeling depressing, often comes across as surprisingly elegant and attractive.

ALL IN ON RED VOL6

The day before yesterday we dedicated a post to the color black. Black lingerie, black clothing, creators who started dressed and ended up taking everything off in front of the camera in short videos, direct and straight to the point. Just another compilation within those series that almost create themselves when we start noticing the same visual pattern repeating again and again.

Yesterday was the exact opposite: white. It wasn’t random. After black, we looked for balance. Compensate. Slow things down. Maintain that kind of necessary harmony that makes everything feel right. Black and white. Contrast. Balance. Universal order restored.

Because when everything leans too far to one side, it starts to feel like something will eventually fail. And you already know how this works: if you don’t balance things out, everything ends up wobbling.
But today… today isn’t about balance.

Today is about red. And red isn’t here to compensate for anything. It’s not trying to restore cosmic forces or keep the universe stable. The universe can manage just fine on its own for a day.
Red arrives purely out of impulse.

Because sometimes you don’t choose something based on logic or editorial consistency. You choose it simply because you feel like it. Because it stands out. Because it raises the pulse and instantly changes the tone of everything appearing on screen. Where black suggested and white balanced, red simply provokes.

So this new installment comes exactly from that idea: creators dressed in red, short clips lasting thirty seconds or maybe a minute at most, fast content, visual and created with no other intention than enjoying the moment.
No deep message. No universal adjustment. No spiritual search.
Just one simple decision: today was a red day. And absolutely nothing happens if, just this once, the balance can wait.

AM Conceptual is the art project of Italian photographer Andrea Massaro, born in Palermo in 1986 and currently based in Milan. His work falls under conceptual photography, an approach where the image works more as a vehicle for expressing ideas, emotions, and symbolism than as a simple attempt to document reality.

Through carefully constructed series, his work explores themes like the body, identity, sensuality, and abstraction, creating compositions meant to go beyond the obvious. The result is imagery that invites the viewer into an open-ended reading, where each photograph can be interpreted from different angles and spark personal reflection on what’s being seen.

The myth of easy money on OnlyFans and other content platforms.

When we think about adult content creators, our minds instantly jump to the success stories: women making thousands of dollars a month, landing headlines, and proudly sitting in that famous “top 0.1%” they love to showcase on their profiles. But what about everyone else? Because as loud as those stories are, for most creators, the reality looks very different.

On OnlyFans and similar platforms, the vast majority of creators are nowhere near the top of the pyramid. The income distribution is extremely uneven. The top 10% of creators take home almost 73% of all the money flowing through the platform, and within that group, the top 1% alone grabs about a third of the total revenue. That leaves the remaining 90% sharing what’s left.

And it’s not because they’re not putting in the work. Many of these women invest serious time, money, and energy into creating content, promoting themselves, replying to messages, editing photos and videos… But fame and money aren’t democratic. The ones who already have a strong fan base are the ones who grow the fastest. It’s basically a snowball effect: more followers bring more income, more income allows for better production, and better production brings even more followers.

That’s why the idea that anyone can get rich making adult content is far more myth than reality. For many creators, earnings barely cover expenses, and that so-called “easy money” almost never shows up.

So next time you hear about OnlyFans and picture cash raining from the sky, remember that those astronomical numbers belong to a tiny percentage. Most creators, just like in any other business, are grinding for a much smaller slice of the pie.

I’m not sure exactly where Starcaster, today’s featured amateur, fits on that scale. But considering she’s been in the game for a few years now, at the very least, it’s probably paying her bills.
